Since it’s beginning, Alyson’s Orchard has been dedicated to healthier and safer methods of producing fruit. We’re proud of our ecologically responsible commitment to Integrated Crop Management, a government certified program, which means that we accept and encourage the important roles that plant, insect and animal life play in the overall health of our orchard. Because all of our fruit meets Integrated Crop Management standards, our products are found in many of America’s natural health food markets and restaurants.

Like all orchards, we carefully prune our trees every year to stimulate new growth, as well as remove older trees for new planting. Alyson’s apple wood is the carefully selected product of that process.

You have our assurance that each measure of Alyson’s Natural Wood is entirely species specific, and we guarantee that when you use our wood for grilling and smoking you’ll get the very best flavor, aroma and natural goodness that nature can provide.

Due to varying density of different wood species, all bags are sold by cubic inches or pounds, whichever is less. All pickups by appointment only.
